The Government of Lao PDR has received a Grant from the Asian Develop¬ment Bank (ADB) Grant No. 0144 – LAO (SF) and another grant from International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) Grant No. 0145-LAO (DSF 8025-LA) towards the cost of Sustainable Natural Resource Management and Productivity Enhancement Project in 5 southern provinces (Savannakheth, Salavanh, Champasak, Attapue and Sekong) of Lao PDR. The project is looking for qualified international and national consultants to be recruited for the following positions:

1. National Consultant for Banana Value Chain Development (Lao National) for 2 person months, on intermittent basis from 01 March 2012 to 30 June 2012.
2. National Consultant for Land Concessions Appraisal Study (Lao National) for 2 person months, on intermittent basis from 01 March 2012 to 30 June 2012.
3. International Agricultural Development Specialist for 12 person months, on intermittent basis from 01 March 2012 until December 2013 with 6 person month input each year.
